This 12 week training program is perfect for people looking to gain strength and size, while improving their athleticism, reducing pain, and reducing the risk of future injury.
It is for designed for intermediate lifters, and requires your standard gym equipment: dumbbells, barbells, cables, and a pullup bar.
This program includes everything you need to see awesome results in the gym.
5 Workouts / Week
The workout split is full body, legs, upper body push, upper body pull, and an optional accessory day.
For every workout, the exact exercises, sets, reps and tempo are provided so there's no guessing involved.
For each exercise, there will be notes included to help you perfect your form and get the most out of your workout.
